Fill out application form with a PC running Windows:
Method 1: Fill out the application online directly, save the PDF then email it to info@nationalgroomer.com
Method 2: Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader,, download and open Application form and fill with Adobe Acrobat Reader, save your PDF and email it to info@nationalgroomer.com
Method 3: Download and print out the the Application form, scan your application form and email it to info@nationalgroomer.com
Fill out application form with a Mac is similar to using a PC:
Fill out application form with Iphone or Ipad:
Method 1: Download/Save the PDF file to your Iphone/Ipad, tap the saved PDF file and start to fill.
Go to the folder where you saved the PDF and tap to open( in this example we saved under iCloud Drive-> Downloads).
Once PDF is opened tap the text box and start to fill.
Tap Done will let you save your file.
Once you are finished, you can tap Share->Email the PDF form
Method 2: Print the PDF form and fill manually and scan with your phone, send your scanned application via email to info@nationalgroomer.com.
